Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
AI Answering Service (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal information when you use our AI-powered call answering service for Australian businesses.

4. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers who help us run the service (for example telecommunications, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI/voice infrastructure). They only use your information to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) when reasonably required.
- Regulators or law enforcement when required or authorised by law.
Some service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure APP-compliant handling.
5. Call recordings and retention
Call recordings, transcripts, and related call data are kept for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted, unless we are required by law to retain them longer or you ask us to delete them sooner (see section 7).
Summaries and business correspondence we send you by email may remain in your inbox under your control.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
