How do I update what Emma says after we're live — and how fast?
Email us what changed — how Emma should respond, hours, services, FAQs. We update Emma for you; no dashboard. Most tweaks are within an hour or two, and we're especially responsive during your early testing.

Do I need a new number? How does forwarding work?
No — you keep your existing number. Forward unanswered calls from your mobile or landline to the dedicated number we give you, and Emma answers. You stay in control of when forwarding is on.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee — we train Emma for you as part of the service. We learn your business by email (or phone if you prefer). No control panel to learn.
How is the greeting set, and can it be changed?
We write your greeting with you during setup — how Emma introduces herself and your business. We usually disclose that Emma is an AI receptionist (unless you prefer different wording). Change it anytime by email; we update it for you.
How do I cancel?
