Instead of being an everything-platform with lots of tiers, we focus on the core things most small businesses need: fast Australian-sounding call answering, screening, detail capture, and summaries. We are also clear about what we do not do (like highly complex interactions), which keeps delivery efficient and pricing affordable.

After each call we send you an email with a summary, transcript, and recording so you can follow up fast. This is included in the base plan—see our plan details for more.

200 calls are included in the base plan, which is usually enough. If you're trending higher, we'll let you know early. Additional 100-call blocks are available—see the full plan and add-ons.

Anything you choose—name, contact details, job info, urgency, location, preferred times, and more. We confirm your questions during onboarding and tailor it to your workflow. To keep calls smooth, we usually start simple (for example just name, best contact details, and a short reason for the call) and can add more questions later as needed.
