What happens if Emma can't answer a question?
Emma won't make things up. If she doesn't know the answer or can't help with what the caller needs, she takes a clear message so your team can follow up — and you still get the full transcript and recording.
Do I need a new number? How does forwarding work?
No — you keep your existing number. You simply forward unanswered calls from your mobile or landline to the dedicated Sydney number we give you, and Emma answers.
