These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using AI Answering Service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

We provide AI-powered call answering services for businesses. The service includes 24/7 call handling, conversation summaries, and call recordings.

Trial and Payment

  • You get a 14-day free trial with a valid credit card
  • After the trial, we bill monthly through Stripe
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • We accept international payments through Stripe
  • Exchange rates are handled by your bank or payment provider

Cancellation

  • You can cancel during the 14-day trial without charge
  • After the trial, email [email protected] to cancel
  • We’ll stop the service and future billing when you cancel

Data and Privacy

  • We store call recordings for 30 days
  • After 30 days, recordings are automatically deleted
  • We don’t sell or share your data with third parties
  • We follow Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR requirements

Service Use Rules

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Harassment or spam
  • Activities that could harm our service or other users

Service Changes

  • You can modify your AI settings by emailing us
  • Setup instructions come in your welcome email

Call Quality and Issues

You’re responsible for programming your AI responses. We aren’t liable for communication issues caused by your settings. System-wide issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

If you need to stop the service temporarily, simply stop forwarding calls to our number. You control when calls reach our system.

Legal Matters

  • These terms are governed by Australian law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts
  • International customers can use arbitration for dispute resolution
