How does AI Answering Service handle my business calls?

When you can’t answer a call the AI Answering service will automatically take the call for you.

To do this, you divert your business number to your dedicated number using a diversion code. You set the number of rings before the diversion happens.

For Telstra this is done with a simple diversion code you type into your phone.

What information can it collect from the caller?

When we onboard you, we will ask you what details are important.

For example we can collect full name, we already have their mobile number.

We can also collect things like postcode, products they are interested in, their address, preferred day and time for bookings, etc

Will it sound like a natural Australian and represent my business well?

You bet.

We customize the AI to match your brand voice. It’s so natural, callers often can’t tell they’re talking to an AI. Your business image is safe with us.

Is this right for businesses that need complex problem-solving on calls?

Probably not.

Our AI handles routine questions, finds out what the caller wants, collects key information and can ask for preferred days and times for bookings or other aspects.

It can’t replace human expertise for complex issues or specialized consultations. If your calls typically require nuanced decision-making or up to the minute information about staff locations or something like that, you might need human staff.

What happens if I exceed my call limit?

If you exceed your monthly call allowance, we will notify you ahead of time and give you the
option to buy additional credits. Most customers dont need additional credits

Can it transfer calls to multiple staff

Not at this point. Your AI receptionist can only transfer calls to one nominated number at the moment.

For example if the caller insists on speaking with a human. Or you might want particular types of calls transferred such as sales, support, emergency

What kind of support can I expect?

We offer Australian-based ongoing support and maintenance to ensure your AI receptionist runs smoothly. This includes performance checks and monitoring and systems updates

How do I sign up
